Mexico City Retreat July 2009

3 DAY INTESIVE RETREAT IN UPSTATE MEXICO CITY3rd Annual Shaolin Weekend Retreat in Mexico

The Mexico Branch of the USA Shaolin Temple is hosting its annual action packed three day intensive retreat of Gongfu (Kung Fu), Taiji (Tai Chi), and Qigong (Chi Kung) on July 30th through August 2nd, 2009.  Classes will be instructed by 34th generation Shaolin Temple Warrior Monk Shifu Shi Yan Ming at the Monastery of the Benedictine located on the Cuernavaca—Tepoztlan freeway.  Everyone from beginner to novice is welcome to get a dose of the philosophy that made these Shaolin Temple Warrior-Monks legendary.

The Shaolin Chan Buddhist Philosophy is rooted in the training of Gongfu, Taiji, and Qigong; this combination of mental and physical training is inseparable.  This wisdom was transmitted to Shifu Shi Yan Ming who now shares this philosophy and knowledge with people from around the world through the continued growth of the USA Shaolin Temple.  Now anyone can experience authentic training: three full days from 5:45am – 8pm with breaks for meals.  The retreat will be concluded by certificate ceremony honoring the participants of this historic moment.

The last day to register is June 30th, 2009 based on availability; space is limited. For more information or to register, visit Templo Shaolin de Mexico AC or contact eventos@usashaolintemple.com.dream.website.
